In the Faculty\u2019s programmes, emphasis are laid on developing the mind to acquiring the knowledge and practical skills to meet the physical needs of man, his survival and security. Currently, the faculty runs four undergraduate programmes: Agricultural Engineering; Civil Engineering; Electrical and Electronics Engineering; and Mechanical Engineering. Eng.). It is located within the main campus in the biggest building on campus. Approval was granted by the National Universities Commission (NUC) for the establishment of the Faculty with the Departments and their programmes<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1fcb3a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1fcb3a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Also, in 2021, the University Senate approved the commencement of two undergraduate programmes (Chemical and Computer Engineering) in addition to the existing ones. Postgraduate programmes (in Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering) will also Jaiyeoba came on board as the acting Dean for two sessions (September, 2016- August,2018) ans she promoted to full professor in 2021.\n<br>\n<br>\nEngr. Prof. S.O Jekayinfa (currently Dean of Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso) is the immediate past Dean of the Faculty (September, 2018- August, 2019). \n<br>\n<br>\nEngr. Dr. Olutosin O Ilori assumed the post as the Acting Dean of the Faculty on September, 2019 &#8211; September 2023. He held the position for four years.\n<br>\n<br>\nEngr. Candidates can get insight into the departmental courses to offer and conditions required to be eligible for a bachelor of engineering (B. Eng.) degree. (Hons) degree programme in English must have satisfied the Adeleke University admission requirements.<\/p><p>In addition, they must have:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71a3449 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"71a3449\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>The minimum admission requirements into 100 Level shall be passes at credit level in the \u2018O\u2019 level Senior Secondary School final year examination (WASSCE, NECO, GCE) or NABTEB in five subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry and one other science subject at not more than two sittings.<\/li><li>Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) subjects shall be: Use of English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.<\/li><li>It is also desirable for candidates to have Further Mathematics and Technical Drawing at credit levels.
