{"id":3007,"date":"2016-11-06T18:56:27","date_gmt":"2016-11-06T18:56:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/adelekeuniversity.edu.ng\/new\/?p=3007"},"modified":"2016-11-06T18:56:27","modified_gmt":"2016-11-06T18:56:27","slug":"students-guide-to-online-payment-of-tuition-fee-and-course-registration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adelekeuniversity.edu.ng\/students-guide-to-online-payment-of-tuition-fee-and-course-registration\/","title":{"rendered":"STUDENTS\u2019 GUIDE TO ONLINE PAYMENT OF TUITION FEE AND COURSE REGISTRATION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2019\/2020 STUDENTS PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Bursary Department welcomes both the Returning and the New Students to the 2019\/2020 Academic session.<\/p>\n<p>In other to make the registration and payment of school fees easy for all the students, the following procedures have been designed for you to follow:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Returning Students (200 \u2013 500 levels)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>All students in this category are expected to do their registration online via the school portal.<\/li>\n<li>On your computer, type-in the address on the address bar eportal.adelekeuniversity.edu.ng<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The student portal login page will appear<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The student should supply his email or matric number and password to login<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>The student dashboard will appear. Then click on fee payment or fee payment\/receipt<\/li>\n<li>The fee payment page comes up, click on proceed to payment breakdown page<\/li>\n<li>On payment breakdown page, select options e.g. 1<sup>st<\/sup> installment, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> installment etc. Then click on pay the selected amount<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The confirm page comes up, click on proceed to payment gateway and click \u201cPay\u201d<\/li>\n<li>On the payment gateway, supply your interswitch enabled debit\/ATM card details, specifying the card number, Expiry date, Card PIN and CVV2 code, then payment feedback page comes up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Supply the OTP (One-Time-Password) sent from the bank to the registered phone line<\/li>\n<li>On payment successful page , click on payment and receipt page to print your receipt<\/li>\n<li>After printing of receipts, click on payment clearance to print your registration and examination clearance on payment of portal access fee<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Take the printed clearance to Students\u2019 Accounts unit in Bursary Department for stamping and signing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Point to note by the students<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The school portal is working and running very well<\/li>\n<li>Students must ensure that their ATM cards are enabled for online transaction. (They should visit their banks to process this)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Students must ensure that they have enough fund in their accounts to pay the chosen installment as the case may be<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>New Students (New Applicants)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Application Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Applicants are to click on \u201cApply Now\u201d, on Admission Portal homepage or Start Application from the General Menu and then supply your details on the next page and click on create account.<\/li>\n<li>After successfully creating an account, Login with the account created details, proceed to make your payment. However proceeding to make payment means that you affirm that the details supplied are correct.\u00a0 Nevertheless, you are still allowed to confirm your details once more before you make payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong><u>Note:<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Before making payment, make sure your details are correct.\u00a0 Any successful payment CANNOT be REFUNDED.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Undergraduate Application Form: N5,000.00<\/p>\n<p>Transfer Application Form: N10,000.00<\/p>\n<p>All fees are payable via the AdelekeUni InterSwitch Payment Integration Platform<\/p>\n<p>Note that a bank transaction charge of N300.00 per transaction applies for all transactions<\/p>\n<p>You will be redirected to interswitch gateway during registration to make payment for the Application Form.\u00a0 Prepare for making your payment online by having the following information handy:<\/p>\n<p>An Interswitch enabled Debit\/ATM card, specifying the \u201cCard Number\u201d, \u201cExpiry Date\u201d, \u201cCard PIN\u201d and \u201cCVV2 Code\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ensure that you have sufficient funds in the card specified above, to cater for your fees as quoted in this section<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After successfully making payment, you can then proceed to fill the application form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Returning Applicant<\/strong>, just login with your details and you will be able to fill the <strong>Application Form<\/strong>, and then complete the application process.\u00a0 After completion of the application process, you will be able to print out your Application Form and Payment Receipt.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Note:<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>After submission of your Application Form, you will not be able to change the <u>Passport Photograph<\/u> uploaded and other details supplied.\u00a0 Hence, confirm your details and make sure the passport uploaded is yours before you attempt to submit your Application Form.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To check on your admission status and print your admission letter, return to the same admission processing site.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Admission Offered<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After being offered admission, you will be notified via an Email\/SMS and you can print your admission letter and make payment for the Acceptance Fee on the admission portal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>After Acceptance fee payment you will be migrated to the student portal where you make payment for tuition either in full or in installment.<\/strong>\u00a0 Refer to the returning students\u2019 steps I \u2013XI on pages 1 &amp; 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contact Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While we have done everything necessary to ensure a smooth payment\/application process, some exceptional situations may occur.\u00a0 Should the situation persist, reach us via listed contacts below:<\/p>\n<p>08160179776, 09057998145; 07062684750<\/p>\n<p>E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:supports@adelekeuniversity.edu.ng\">supports@adelekeuniversity.edu.ng<\/a>,\u00a0 ict@adelekeuniversity.edu.ng<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Exceptional Cases<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a situation where students needs to pay through the bank, they are advised to purchase Bank Draft from any bank for the amount due for payment.\u00a0 The Draft will be presented at the Bursary Department for receipt and further instructions.<\/p>\n<p>You are hereby warned not to pay through the bank teller to avoid unnecessary delay which teller confirmation usually create at the Bursary Department.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Postgraduate Students<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Postgraduate students are henceforth advised to purchase bank drafts for their payments for ease of registration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Penalty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any student at any level of the school programme that fails to comply strictly with the Bursary instruction for registration as stated above will pay a penalty of N5,000 as approved by the management for handling charges.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Emeka Anene<\/p>\n<p><strong>V.P Financial Affairs \/ Bursar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; 2019\/2020 STUDENTS PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE The Bursary Department welcomes both the Returning and the New Students to the 2019\/2020 Academic session.
